Depending on the day of the week, you will find me creating art, being an art teacher, practicing Reiki Healing, Urban Zen Integrative Therapy, and Guided Meditation.

I love all these different ways to use my hands. Right now I can not say what feels more important to me. On my website you will find a collection of art pieces from throughout my career. Through my art I’ve had the opportunity to craft and develop my personal ideas, and express myself in my own style.

In my Reiki practice I meet private clients as well as offer group sessions online. I combine Self Reiki with guided meditation.

I feel very fortunate to be able to enjoy working with my hands in all these creative ways.
