Energy Healing and meditation
Everybody holds the key to their own healing, but sometimes we need a little help. That’s where my services come in. Everything in a session is always with consent to what is experienced. it is important that we haver a clear communication for a safe environment.
Reiki healing therapy:
A Japanese practice that involves placing hands on or near the body, reducing stress, and promoting self-healing.
As an experienced Reiki Therapist, I work with you to restore your balance and find your center.
Theta healing therapy:
is a meditation technique and spiritual philosophy that aims to improve mind, body, and spirit by connecting with a higher energy. It utilizes a "Theta" brainwave state—a deep state of relaxation—to identify and replace limiting beliefs with positive ones.
Mindfulness Practice
Meditation and mindfulness are popular terms that are often used—but what do they really mean? What does it mean to be mindful? Is mindfulness something we practice only on retreats or while relaxing on vacation? Or can we be mindful on the bus, while driving in heavy traffic, or even when our body is in pain? What about when we feel lost or alone?
Join me to explore mindfulness more deeply and learn a variety of techniques that can help cultivate greater awareness and a deeper connection to body, mind, and heart.

Mindfulness & Guided Relaxation for Long-Term Illness
Long-term illness can place the body in a constant state of stress—both physical and emotional. When the nervous system remains activated for long periods of time, the body’s natural healing processes can be disrupted. To support the body in reconnecting with its own healing abilities, we often need gentle guidance to calm the body, the heart, and the mind.
Guided Sessions – A Space for Rest and Relief
In my guided mindfulness and relaxation sessions, you are invited into a deep state of calm and moments of relief. Each session offers a safe, supportive space for rest, self-care, and nervous system regulation.I currently offer group sessions, many of which include participants undergoing cancer treatment. These sessions are designed to be accessible, gentle, and inclusive.

In my practice, I use several different modalities: Reiki and Theta healing, Restorative Yoga, Essential Oils, Breathing Techniques, and Basic Craniosacral Therapy. They all work together for a deeper and more complete experience.

Reiki Healing
Reiki is a Japanese healing practice that involves placing hands on or near the body, reducing stress and promoting self-healing. By placing the hands or hovering over the body you connect to the subtle energy field all living beings have surrounding the body. Reiki helps with releasing tensions and reducing pain. The subtle nature of Reiki is comforting and deeply relaxing and reduces stress. No diagnosis is needed with Reiki. There are no harmful side effects from Reiki. Reiki is not a belief system or a religion at all. Reiki energy flows independently and cannot be directed or manipulated. Reiki develops intuition and self-trust. A practitioner deepens their relationship to the Reiki energy every time they practice Reiki. Reiki is Universal Life Force Energy in endless abundance , and does not run out. The Universal Life Force—Love. To be able to give Reiki to others you need to take a Reiki Level 1 training.

Urban Zen Integrative Therapy
Deep relaxation for body and mind a help toward the body’s self healing. When the body is going through stress it is harder for the body to heal. Guided breathing meditation and hands-on healing help in the healing process. Urban Zen is an integrative healing therapy where the sessions are uniquely designed for your personal needs. It integrates Restorative Yoga, Reiki, Breath Awareness Meditation and Essential Oils designed to treat the classic symptoms of illness; pain, anxiety, nausea, insomnia, constipation, and exhaustion. They are appropriate for anyone wanting to address specific issues, feeling exhausted, or needing to unwind and de-stress, they are designed as therapeutic sessions that are deeply relaxing and promote healing of the mind, body, and heart.

Restorative Yoga Therapy
This includes gentle movements and restorative yoga poses that are fully supported and held for several minutes. Guided breathing and body scans to help reduce tension, develop, and create awareness of the body. Breath awareness approaches the strong link between mind and breath. The sessions offer tools to connect to the breath promoting ease and greater clarity of mind.

Essential Oils
Essential oils are used to calm, energize, balance, and rejuvenate the mind and body. Only 100% pure, therapeutic-grade essential oils are used. Only occasional topical application under the feet.

Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and improve whole body health. Using a soft touch releasing restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system.

Theta healing
ThetaHealing is a meditation technique and spiritual philosophy founded by Vianna Stibal in 1995 that aims to improve mind, body, and spirit by connecting with a higher energy. It utilizes a "Theta" brainwave state—a deep state of relaxation—to identify and replace limiting subconscious beliefs with positive ones. It is considered an alternative or energetic modality.
